Sockpuppeting - making multiple accounts to evade a ban, use for mischief, or to gain peer popularity.
This should be enforced to be against the rules; looking at Y3ti's dilemma I'm not sure if it was a social experiment or not, but it reminded me of sockpuppeting. If it was just Y3ti messing with multiple accounts, then it's safe to say it harmed a specific few people, and even tricked a few.
Again, this should be against the rules somehow.

Yes I'm clearly aware of this rule but it only applies to evade bans. Multiple accounts shouldn't be allowed in the first place, whether you're evading a ban or not.

Not trying to sound insulting but what experience do you gained from getting banned? Getting banned twice = no experience because you never learned your lesson Sorry for double post but my first ban was personal and not because I broke any actual rules I've only been legit 'banned' once |
