Personally, I think Etzer's Hyperaura (7 stars) is harder than many demons I've beaten, and took more attempts to beat than some of them. Hyperarcade has the same rating, yet had only 25% of the attempts :/ U WOT M8? Hyperaura is way easier than hyper arcade XD

I think it can be a problem caused by the noobs. They cannot beat hard maps so they rate it very badly, out of rage. While the good (both in skill and morality) players rate it as it should be, so RobTroll averages it and that is probably why many extreme maps ended up like a Harder 6 stars or something. It can also be like RobTroll does not approve certain kinds of maps (cough Fake a doom cough)

All I know is that Jumper is most definitely NOT 'harder'. Its more like right between normal and hard.

i agree. some of me levels could be demon if the ratings werent "flux"uating. but im not going to complain. demons are going to get harder--> thjats natural when people get more used to the game

I agree with DT Mark. Levels nowadays are mainly rated by players that are pros at the game, and therefore are extremely underrated ( many levels that are rated insane, in my opinion, are harder than some demons). It's not just that, though. The guidelines on how difficult a level should be, based on its rating, has changed. In the early days of Geometry dash, easy levels took no more than 1 attempt, normal levels usually consumed 5-10 attempts, hard levels, which were rarely hard, took around 20-30 attempts, harder levels were around 50-100 attempts, insane levels were 100-500 attempts, and demons were not too bad- maybe 500-600 attempts, 1,000 at most.
Nowadays, however, easy levels are no longer "easy"- Glow surface should at least be "normal" or even "hard". Easy levels nowadays take at least 10-20 attempts. While not too bad, it's still a lot for a level that's rated easy.
Normal levels now take 20-30 attempts. Back then, you would be able to beat a normal level in one try if you were good enough. Now, not anymore.
Hard levels are probably the most affected besides Demons, taking at least 50-100 attempts to complete now. They used to be easy, but now they are actually "hard"- Dynamic on Track should at least be rated harder or even insane.
Harder levels are now borderline Demons, taking up 100-300 attempt. It's rare to find a hard level that you can actually complete in one try.
Insane levels are basically the new Demons. I have tried several of them, and frankly, instead of being "insane", they were more like "impossible". They usually take 500-1,000 attempts. Demons deserve their own separate category. Cataclysm being the same difficulty as The Lighting Road and The Nightmare? No way!

Well said, I think Dynamic on Track is WAY harder than 7back on track.
And cataclysm should be rated nuclear 30 stars or something,
