Howdy! ...Welcome to my level picks. I remember watching a preview for this level so long ago. So great to see it finished! Where do I begin -lots of awesome styles -amazing gameplay -Great song -Cool effects -mostly well-made throughout On with the review: Decoration: 9.5/10 I liked almost all of it. One thing I didn't like was the lightbulbs... I felt like they were out of place. Another slight complaint is the way that the custom backgrounds kinda slide away instead of fading out, like in the red area with the face. The rest of the deco is good enough to almost completely overrule this though. Gameplay: 9/10 Unlike most 2.0 demons, this one has less emphasis on memorization. I just feel like it could be more intense, especially at the drop. Music Sync: 8/10 I feel like some parts were a bit off in terms of music sync, like at 1:10 in the video. The song completely changed in terms of melody, but the mode stayed the same. The rest was great though. Bonus: +1 for being a badass level. Overall: 9.99/10 including the bonus. Yay! Thanks so much for the great review  As for music sync, I agree with 1:10, cuz when I made the portal layout I didn't know what to do there, then the rewind at the blue mini wave screws up the sync when I play the music in the editor, so I didn't bother to fix lol. Also, the drop is in low detail in the video, but I agree it still should be more intense. Thanks, hope it gets rated! |
