It's been more than two months that i've been living with these limitation in GD, but let me quickly explain... Out of the blue, i can't do these things: View my profile nor view other people's profiles I can't open the daily chests and the wooden one, but I CAN open the demon chests I cannot save and load, meaning that my progress on this game is stuck on my PC (been playing for almost 5 years since my last data loss) I can't upload any level, and i can't comment on anything I can't access the leaderboards I don't get new quests
And I think that's it, but i don't know WHY this... I never hacked and never used an hacked client, I bought the game legitimately from both mobile and steam.
So my main questions are: what happened to me, have i been banned or something? Is there a fix for this? I'm hopeless at this point, can anyone help me please...?

Although I can't help you with all of these, unfortunately, try deleting some of your non-uploaded created levels and saved levels; whenever I cannot save in-game it is normally because I have too many of those. Try saving after that; if it still doesn't work, go to Settings (the gear icon on the main menu) > Account > More > Refresh Login (basically re-enter your account username and password, it updates account info this way. If you don't remember your password, try changing it) - not only might this allow you to save, it also might allow you to view your profile and others' profiles again. Although idk this for certain, it may also fix the access to the leaderboards, commenting, and uploading levels. The only time I have problems with the time-based chests opening/new quests is when my internet connection is either really bad or completely down, in which case I have to use either mobile data or wait for the connection to improve again. If all else fails you could try contacting a mod or someone generally knowledgeable about the game (in a polite way) outside of the game, like on Discord if you have it, and ask them if they can help. Some of them even have accounts on this forum; if they don't respond one of the staff may be able to help.
