Hey, I recently wanted to save my data, but it continues to give this notification that the backup failed. This has been happening since April 2017, and since a certain person I know couldn't save either before 2.11 I though5 it was a glitch.
I've already tried refreshing login, it doesn't make any difference. It also cannot be my network, I've tried many other networks which didn't seem to work any better.
I have an iPad Air 32GB with the latest software.
Thanks in advance for your help, I really would appreciate it if I could get this fixed.

Try using your data to save. The networks you are connected to could have something with the firewall blocking it.

Same thing happened to me before. I believe it is because there is simply too much data (saved/created levels) for the game to save. You could try to remove the saved levels if you have lots of them, otherwise I don't know a fix.
