Yes folks you read it correctly. I'm now the head of Project Untold. Repeater was too lazy has too much school to manage the thread and discord server and everything else. So because of that he has passed it on to me. So anyways, Project Untold is a project meant to feature unnoticed creators. Creators will be sorted into a few catagories: Decent, Good, Legendary, and GODLY. I like this idea, but I have a few critiques and suggested improvements:
1) What qualifies as a good creator is too subjective. What I think you should do is split creators into level-type categories (art, block design, simplistic, etc), and THEN split them into "best of the best," "good," and "decent." That way it prevents a bias towards certain types of levels.
2) It think that you should gather a panel of multiple people to judge the creator, preferably people who have different tastes in levels. It's better to have input from a lot of different people then to have 1 person judge where every creator should be placed.
Also, what happens if one of the creators on this list suddenly makes it big and gets his levels featured? Does he get removed?

Am I the only one who thinks this list seems a little... biased? The "godly" creators nearly all seem to be core-style creators or similar. That style is kind of overrated in my opinion- spamming deco takes a lot of effort, but not much skill and it doesn't make you godly, but hey that's just my opinion. But I don't think it's a coincidence that one decorating style is higher than the others- someone obviously likes that style; I would like to see more variation.
Also on a side note, the rainbow text makes it hard to read.

Some suggestions:
iZinaD4sh (He's not nearly as unknown as these creators, but for creators with over 10 CP he's very unknown, and I've tried to make him more famous for at least 10 months)
Drakeghast (Mixes core and effect styles, I recommend Core Fusion especially, the first half isn't THAT good but around the midway point it becomes amazing)

That style is kind of overrated in my opinion- spamming deco takes a lot of effort, but not much skill and it doesn't make you godly, but hey that's just my opinion. Also on a side note, the rainbow text makes it hard to read. I and repeater have made many attempts to find great creators that aren't core/overdeco. I agree: There are WAY too many core creators. But just because you personally think that style is overrated doesn't mean they don't deserve to be up there. All creators currently up there will stay, but I do agree that we need more variety. Panman helps us judge for godly, and he's shot down pretty much every other type of creator (Including me lol). I don't think pan is biased though. His levels aren't core by any means (Lots of them are effect level actually). So in short, I do agree we need more diversity, but all the creators currently in godly deserve it nonetheless. EDIT: Also, none of us have any inherant bias towards core creators. I pretty much like all types, MitKit is an effects guy, etc. Sure, we have durian, but he's not a head judge. People are allowed to have bias, as long as we include other judges with a different bias to counteract it. |

I possibly could've been in Legendary if I released any of my new and much better levels I was working on, if 2.1 didn't delete them when I loaded the stats to my gd account for my new laptop. Oh well, nice to be on here anyway. Nyaa~

No videos and I could take screenshots of them on my phone cause my levels are on there still, but I would rather show it by video so eh. If the levels are still on your phone, then upload them to your account with a secret way. Then get onto your computer and copy them. It's an easy way to transfer levels. Also, I knew he had 2 CP, I just forgot because the godly text is hard to work with so I just copied it from another creator lol. |

Also on a side note, the rainbow text makes it hard to read. t r i g g e r e d but in all seriousness, we all try to objectively judge all levels i find in terms of block design, air decoration or custom backgrounds, gameplay, etc. If we find any amazing effect or non-core creators with good block designs, interesting structures, nice custom backgrounds, effects that are unique and etc., we'll add it into godly. For example, Zhander and JonathanGD. We also have many judges who are specialists in many fronts (v0rt3x in design (and a bit of effect), panman in effect and design, me in core/overdecoration and design, flashmick27 in effects and etc. Thus, all the levels and creators recommended have to be vetted through a long list of people before they are put onto the list. So before you say we're biased, try to think objectively and not raise your own opinion about a certain style to make your point. We try very hard to find new and interesting creators to put on the list and we're already trying to limit the flow of core creators in godly. |
