PS: I'm extremely sorry if i'm in the wrong section. I'm new here. Anyways , here's the story. I'm a mobile player and I just bought the steam version. I wanted to load my account but when I did I was greeted by this message. Sync failed. Please try again later. I don't know if that's exactly what it said. But I tried every popular fix. My internet is fine. Refreshing my login does nothing. I deleted every level I saved (I had a lot.) Nothing worked... Is there a way to fix this? Please help me.

ok so can you walk through exactly the steps you took to load your account, and explain what step you're having trouble with? here's what you should've done (and I'll admit that this system isn't the best): - on your phone, go to account settings and SAVE your account (make sure that all of your stats are correct and everything) - on your pc, log in with your username and password (your stats should be all 0) - on your pc, go to account settings and LOAD your account (this should fix your stats) is that more or less what you did? also Jayflight move to game support please
