Finally a thread that isn't made by lukt, lol.
When was the difficulty fluctation the hardest? We all know that the actual difficulty of beating insanes, hards, demons etc. has fluctuated throughout GD history. For example, generally levels from the "early" part of an update feel easier than levels from a "later" part of an update, because as the update progresses people get more skilled at the new gameplay features and therefore the difficulty gets pushed up. When has this fluctuation caused the skill and effort required to beat a given difficulty (say, hard 4* or insane 9*) to be the greatest? In my opinion, 2.0 had quite a big upwards difficulty fluctuation because people became more used to the new features like moving objects, and extremely difficult levels started to catch on a lot.

firstly, stop acting like a fucking moron with your names and all that shit, sorry if it's rude to say this but we're not on a fucking kindergarter.
secondly, i guess early 1.9, almost any wave from early 1.9 is easily beatable, and as it was a novelty, many players put a lot of wave parts, rendering them easy.

The update that caused Bloodbath to fall off the main list, that's the one with the biggest jump imo

OT: The question is super confusing, but I guess you're asking when GD's general difficulty increased the most. That's not really an answerable question, but I will say that early 2.0 levels across all difficulties are stupidly memory based, due to the introduction of the move and alpha trigger, community's awful abuse of it.
