I’m on mobile, and I’ve beaten some hard demons. However, I am working on BuTiTi II right now, and I have 52% on hypersonic. I’m trying to get better, but I have some problems, mainly straight fly and timings. The hardest level I want to beat is The Yandere. Could anyone give me advice on how to get better? It would be much appreciated!

Good luck on those levels, my friend. My recommendation is to simply beat more extreme demons. Look at the demons list and see where Hypersonic is, then try to beat demons that are placed around where it is. It says the legacy list is in no particular order, but they're actually in order of which they fell off so it's still a reliable way of knowing what to beat. Try and find what demons pique your interest, then commit to them until you beat them. You'll beat enough extreme demons in that range to the point where the only ones that interest you are in a higher range, meaning that it's time to push higher and challenge yourself with something of a new difficulty. Make sure you love those levels so that you're having fun doing it! Make it feel good to climb the list.

The good thing about straight fly and timings is that there are levels out there that are built solely out of these concepts. For the straight fly portion, I would recommend Right In and Stalemate, both contain a good amount of straight fly. For timings, I would recommend Necropolis and Acropolis since these levels are almost entirely timing based.
For reference: Stalemate is a high end hard demon, Acropolis and Right In are low/mid insane demons, and Necropolis is a mid/high insane demon.
GL, and I wish you the best.

There’s definitely no sure-fire way to become good at the game, but the important thing is to challenge yourself in steps and take your time. For straight flying, you can either do straight fly challenges or some ship heavy levels like Stalemate and Right In (as suggested above), Lunatic Doom Machine is also good for ship control when there’s gravity portals in the straight fly. For timings, most insane demons will have some form of timing to them, Acropolis and Necropolis obviously, but others like Photovoltaic are good for timings too. Getting that far on Hypersonic is really good, so for now I’d stick to about Insane Demons and Legacy demons. Once you’ve done a few, that’s when I’d start making the challenging way through the demon list.
Most importantly, make sure you’re enjoying the levels you’re playing. It’s a lot easier to beat a tough level if you enjoy playing it. Don’t be afraid to switch demons after practicing, you can always come back to them later.
Good luck in your mobile journey!

Your first insane demon should be something that is borderline insane/hard demon (Supersonic/Stalemate) so you have the skill to beat some lower end insanes. Then make a jump to a borderline extreme demon. Something like Leyak wont help you improve much even though it is extreme (ik it is insane now). I suggest something like Cataclysm or Acu but if you are mobile then something like Hypersonic is really good
