In other words, am I allowed to showcase myself beating a demon with Blast Processing as the song without getting copyright striked on YouTube?

Pretty sure you can since I've seen plenty of levels with Waterflame songs and others in GD on YouTube. If there was any issue with copyright, we might not have been able to just use the songs in-game, I think.
Idk for sure, though. Maybe Waterflame has a website with his copyright policy on it?

You won’t get copyright struck but your video will not be monetizable.

If you try to monetize the video that's when you get struck, otherwise it's completely fine.

I think Waterflame doesnt copyright his songs, even though you will have to credit him obviously
