I personally havent had any especially unforgettable level, just some fun ones. However, the level that was close to being one was ToE for me. I did it after Jumper, and i had lots of fun with it. It costed me 500 attempts, but compared to my previous levels, that was quite a high number.

idk I have a few experiences that I'd count as "unforgettable," both good and bad
Let's start with some negatives: Jawbreaker. I've had worse experiences with levels since this one, but this one will always stand out with me as the most memorable of the bad experiences I've had. This is mainly due to the fact that it would be my hardest demon if I eventually completed it, meaning I kept pushing through with it for a fairly long time. I actually ended up dropping this level the first time I played it, but thanks to some motivation from Blaze, I was able to pick it up again and finally beat it. Definitely gonna be hard to forget that one. Deadlocked. Similar story. This would've been my hardest when I'd beat it, even though I hated it and wanted to stop playing it very often. This one doesn't stick out to me as much though since it isn't as hard and I never truly dropped it, just took short breaks.
Let's end on a high note: Prismatic. My current favorite level in the game (subject to change at a later date but not for a while I'd imagine). This was memorable, again, due to the fact that it would be my hardest demon when I completed it. It was also especially memorable due to how fast I was able to get consistent and beat it, taking me 5 days to beat which is a lot faster than I'm able to do most demons I beat for hardests. This was the best experience I've had with a level and I imagine that will stay that way for a very long time. Theory of Everything 2. This might seem a bit out of place, but it's mostly memorable to me due to how I first perceived it upon seeing it. Being an official level, it was one of the first levels I'd seen on YouTube. It barely looked possible to me at the time, and apparently I wasn't totally alone. Back when 1.9 was new, Jo2000, one of the best players at the time, classed it as a hard demon, which is certainly a lot harder than it's perceived now. Nonetheless, it's one of my earliest gd memories, so I was pretty happy when I'd finally beaten it. Nowadays I find this level very easy, but I don't think I'll ever forget it.

Negative: - HeLL: this level itself isn't as bad as it used to be for me, but I'd have fluked this level from 45% if I didn't miserably choke at 96% which is the very end of the last ship part. I stopped playing the level for several weeks (eventually ending up beating it randomly when I was bored). - Figures: I remember racing with a friend on this level (don't ask why we actually picked this level). I've literally had the worst possible luck, which made me lose the race. The only thing that didn't make it completely terrible would be dying at the last ship, which thankfully I fluked, but I died to so much random stuff there it was just absurd.
Positive: - In Silico: I remember seeing this level on a video back when it wasn't rated yet. It looked really cool, so I wanted to check it out (it was unrated back then, and I usually don't play unrated levels unless I REALLY like them). I beat it fairly easily, but I had a blast playing it. It mixes my two favorite gameplay combos (fast paced and easy to read) with an interesting theme the level was going for. Definitely one of my favorite levels even nowadays. - Ditched Machine: some people hate it, some like it, I'm kind of in the middle of it. This was pretty much my first sort of challenging demon that took me several days of grinding to finally beat it. I had some pretty bad luck on it (dying twice at 97% due to a pretty garbage UFO timing), but beating it was such a satisfying moment. - Windy Landscape: a level that was inaccessible for me for a very long time. I loved Woogi's style and I always wanted to beat this level someday. I spent over 2k attempts practicing, and I think I did most of the second half with enough practice, but I never could get consistent at the beginning, so I dropped it. After many months, I came back to it, and I was very happy when I completed it. It also was a pretty decent fluke, from 68%. - Hyperio Technia: after beating WL, I wanted to tackle an insane demon, but whenever I tried to beat one, I often lost motivation due to either unbalanced or inconsistent gameplay, or just because it got boring after a while. Hyperio Technia never felt boring and I haven't had so much fun playing a level in a long time. I spent a few days to beat it, but it was very worth it, and the gameplay was a blast to play.

New Cata. Tried to become first victor. I was the only one playing it. Then suddenly like 10 people start playing it and I don't become first victor. Asides from that it's really hard and I'm still trying to beat it. I can't really think of anything else but it's more interesting than I make it to be here ok

There are quite a lot of negative experiences for me with levels since I'm not a very good player at all even though I played consistently for 4 years until 2018 before returning to the game last year. Can't really name a specific one.
Positive would have to be Volt by Kips or DeStiCy's Gleam and Exordium, all three of which are beautifully designed levels in their own right (and are all pretty fun to play too, particularly Volt if you have a good phone). Incursion by Waff3lx is also a positive one; I completed it recently as a normal level and as a weekly demon, and owing to Force Smooth Fix being on for me, it was one of the coolest and most relaxing levels I've ever played for a demon lol.

Deciding to play Your Brain on Drugs was one of the most important decisions in my GD career. Nothing will ever be the same.

Diffuse because I fluked from 43 to 81 and from 81 to 100 in the span of like 15 minutes after abt 400 attempts
edit: also because it's like my favorite level too

Positive: > Fluking Temporium from what I believe to be 26% only minutes after completing it in practice mode; I was expecting to spend hours upon hours on this level since it was really laggy and had somewhat tight XL gameplay, but I surprisingly beat it in only 109 attempts including practice and even with one of the coins.
> Dying at 96% in Melodic Travel; this seems bad, but really, after this happened, I didn't really react at all. I think this fail kinda just solidified how much I enjoyed this level and it made me feel pretty good when I beat it.
> Beating Windy Landscape; this felt like the conclusion to events that had been building up to this point. A lot of mental stuff got in the way of me beating this level, but once I did it, I felt like I could do anything. I never really had much of an interest in beating really hard levels either; the only reason I tried to beat this was because I felt like it was a milestone I had yet to complete. Beating this kinda made me want to do more in-game insane demons, which I did afterward.
Negative: > Spending an hour on the second coin in Bloodshed only to not end up getting it; I usually don't spend too much time on coins but this one looked easy-ish to me. It was really damn hard though and it really bummed me out when I inevitably ended up skipping it because the level was pretty easy otherwise. It probably tainted my opinion of this level, to be honest.
> Spending three hours on Tengu Wind; a lot of my deaths were in the wave part and it was honestly kind of agonizing whenever I died during or after the bossfight, which happened pretty often. I started this level at probably around 10pm thinking it wouldn't take that long and didn't finish until almost 2am because I just felt like I had to beat it. It wasn't even satisfying when I beat it; I was just like "thank fuck it's over."
> Basically playing Hypnotic Travel; this level was really annoying due to its length and sheer amount of bugs in the gameplay. I spent probably more time on this level than I did on Windy Landscape and it wasn't nearly as fun because I really hated doing the same thing so much. I had a similar reaction to this as with Tengu Wind.

Delta Interface because I fluked it from 57.
Astral Divinity because it almost made me quit the game again.
Auditory Breaker because it was really fun and I jumped from Sakupen Hell.

Positive Robs Club - The first Rob Buck level that I thoroughly enjoyed. It really stuck out to me with the fun memory and wacky decoration that I would find to be a standout in every pre 1.9 Rob Buck level. It was an absolute blast all the way through and I felt really fulfilled after beating it
Theory of Everything 2 - Did this as my 6th demon and I loved playing it a heap. It felt challenging (at the time) and tested the skill that I had gained. It definitely felt more rewarding beating this before Clubstep as well
Chronos - Between this and Alt F4 which are my two hardests, I would say this sticks out as more memorable since I died multiple times at Viprin's part but kept playing because I loved the level so much. Alt F4 had a few odd and annoying sections whilst Chronos stayed consistently enjoyable through the entirety of playing it.
Speed Test - A masterpiece of a level despite it being finished in like 3 days or something. Its just fun and you can see that all the creators enjoyed making their parts plus it somehow manages to flow. For 1.9, it also has pretty decent gameplay.
Negative Aloe and Vera - Absolute garbage easy demon with terribly inconsistent gameplay. Hated every different part as it was an absolute mess of a level and I had absolutely no idea why it was praised so much
Yeah don't really have many negative levels since I drop levels which I don't enjoy playing pretty quickly

I broke my tablet over Magmatic Sanctuary. That was fun to explain to my parents.
