I want to beat demons but I'm just not good enough and idk what to do to get better. I'm currently stuck at clutterfunk with only 1 demon completed, and I don't know how to progress. Thanks for any tips

Start off playing demons from older updates, practice parts that you are bad at using a copy of a level and start positions. If you can't make one easily, search for a version in-game which you can copy. While you can wait and complete the official levels first, it is not necessary to do so. For instance, Darnoc's levels are much easier than Deadlocked. The more you practice one Demon, the easier it will be to beat the next. People that beat over 100 Demons used to made spreadsheets on Google Docs, so those lists could come in handy should you find them.

First off I'd suggest beating all of the non-demon RobTop levels, and then try Clubstep or some other old levels around the same difficulty to keep yourself prepared for some more complex movement with certain vehicles. Beating all of the RobTop levels is already a decent way to boost up your skill and get into demon grinding. There's also a bunch of recent easy demons that aren't too bad in terms of difficulty and are fairly beginner friendly.

I suggest u to finish all gd lite levels(including clutter), blast processing, dominator and fingerdash before u start ur demon quest.
Also start off with very easy demons like the platinum adventure, the nightmare, lights and thunder etc.
Then move on to slightly harder ones like insomnia, electroman adven V2, electrodynamix (its really a demon) etc.
The demon ladder availabile in the forum might be helpful.so check it out.

Finish off clutterfunk. It maybe hard and annoying. But it's an important milestone level.
