For a while I have had the reoccurring problem of not being able to save my game. I play on both mobile and PC, and it’s pretty infuriating that I can’t export my data onto my phone or even just back it up. It works perfectly fine on mobile, but for some reason it just won’t backup on my PC. I’ve asked for help multiple times but I always get the same answers; “Refresh your account,” “Delete all of your saved levels,” “Change your username.” I tried all of that and it didn’t work. I deleted and reinstalled both the game and steam, and I still can’t save. Even after completely factory resetting my computer, IT STILL DIDN’T WORK. (And no, I didn’t factory reset my computer just because of this. There were other reasons.) Even weirder, I created an entirely new account on my PC to see if it would work, and it didn’t. On top of all of this, I also can’t upload any levels with only 50 objects or higher. I’m not sure if this is related in any way but nonetheless, it’s pretty frustrating considering I found this out the hard way. If anyone has had this experience and managed to fix it, please enlighten me because I and quite a few other people have had this problem for a frustratingly long time and it’s driving me nuts. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
