This is an easy one for me. X by TriAxis. There's just something about it that is so much fun for me. The unique, easier gameplay mixed with the elegant yet simplistic design and the awesome song really spells out an insanely fun level to play.
How about you? Which one did you have the most fun beating, to where you didn't even mind dying so you could keep playing it?

Definitely Stalemate, which was a necessity for me to keep playing it. It was one of the only times I didn’t feel obligated to beat a demon. I actually felt good while playing it. No negativity at all from me, genuinely one of the best experiences I’ve had. I still play it even though it doesn’t even reap rewards anymore. That’s how fun Stalemate was for me.

Aleph 0 and Terminal Void are the two demons I spent the most time on (therefore I enjoyed them longer than I would enjoy a really good super easy demon) that I thoroughly enjoyed start to finish. Aleph 0's gameplay is so good that I enjoyed it without even being able to hear the song. Terminal Void...idk, it's just a really fun level with creative and interesting gameplay. It's hard for me to say why.

I have no idea why, but I found "The Adventure" by Superopi to have some refreshing and enjoyable gameplay, even though it's an early 2.0 level. Unlike most other levels of its time, it's aged quite well in terms of decoration, still keeping a clean but graceful design that is reminiscent of the decoration in most 1.9 levels while still keeping up with the updates. The gameplay is also surprisingly decent and pleasurable to play through, with a lot of satisfying moments with green orbs and some memory thrown in to make it flashy. The only flaws are the transitions, but I still find the gameplay quite fun even with this small blemish.

Nowise by Darwin. The gameplay is fast, but easy and fun to play. It's not buggy, it's consistent and it's balanced. Despite having lots of fails I didn't feel obligated to beat it and I really did enjoy playing it.

In Silico or anything after Monsterfest from Rafer is really fun and it uses fast speed very well.
Apart from that I'd also mention Tama_N's demons, Hyperio Technia and possibly some other levels that I don't remember.

Firewall is easily the most fun demon I've ever played. While it's design is quite lackluster by today's standards, it's gameplay is nearly immaculate. The gameplay is 100% consistent and balanced. It has literally almost no flaws (except maybe the fact that player colors were used in the first wave which may blind the player a little bit but it's just an insignificant nitpick). I've spent over 13k attempts on the level before beating it and I haven't found the level annoying at all. Other than Hyperio Technia, I haven't played any level which is as close to being as fun as Firewall.

I can't really tell, so I'll just say either Ultra Drivers, In Silico, Hyperio Technia, or God Yeeter (Yes, I enjoyed that level a lot).

Frustration by Alkali. Fun, fast paced gameplay is hard to create, but Alkali absolutely nails it with his well deserved epic feature Hard Demon. I recommend playing it if you’re looking to climb into low end Hard Demon territory.

Volume by Metalface221. Perfect example of why hard levels can be and are fun. Never got annoyed at this once when playing it I recommend it to all provided you have a good amount of wave skill

X is super fun but then there is Motion and DeCode. Both levels are actually quite good for their times and Motion manages to balance out moving objects with good gameplay and I like that. DeCode is also a good level for stepping up to harder demons and once you learn it it will be quite smooth.

I remember Steam Chamber by Darnoc being SUUUPER fun back when I played it for the map packs. Another that comes to mind is The Adventure by Superopi. =}

Firewall and Diffuse are my 2 favorite levels in the game. If I was saying this a year ago I would think I'd gone insane but these two levels are so good I have almost nothing to complain about. Prismatic by Kolby is a great level and another one of my favorites. Kolby has another level called Petrichor which is my pick for the most fun non-demon in the game. The last level I want to mention is Moryo by Enzore (current weekly demon) which I've beaten 10 or 11 times by now for no reason other than it's so good (and I wanted to get 1st place on the global leaderboard).

Speed Test and Soul Feeder are the two levels I enjoyed the most.
Speed Test was a heap of fun despite it being a 1.9 megacollab that was finished in 3 days and then updated by AbstractDark in 2.0. The gameplay is a bit strange but it actually flows really nicely. The difficulty also stays quite consistent for a low-end medium demon.
Soul Feeder is just a great example of theme cohesion within a megacollab. The theming is after Kirby Super Star and the final boss Marx which is already a really unique and good theme. Gameplay is also really fun despite it being an extremely easy demon. Would definitely recommend it to anyone!
