If a fail is : not completing the level after getting very far for any reason, you just didn't complete it, you have to know Mycrafted exited right before a section its supossed to be auto in a level that's considered #2 in the list. But if it's possible to die at that small straightfly section with 3 gravity portals at 91%, it should be considered as he beat it, shouldn't it? UPDATE: The gravity portals section is Auto since wooshi added blocks to not die there anymore after 3 painful deaths at it. Now does that mean that you can beat the level just by not clicking, or was the auto built such that it was impossible to die if you did click? If it’s the former then it makes sense for the list editors not to award him the completion, but if there’s no possible way to die after he exited the level, then I would personally give it to him.

Like when I saw the video I actually felt his pain.

It's Knobbelboy dying 98% on Bloodlust. Assuming you're using definition 1, there are still worse fails on levels higher on the list than Bloodlust (Technical died at 97 on Zodiac, Wooshi died at 92 (the very last click) on Crimson Planet, Mullsy died at 97 on Tartarus). The only thing you could maybe make an argument for is the sheer number of attempts that Knobbelboy had on that level, as well as the fact that it came immediately after a 97 death. Still, I don't think that's enough to push it higher than the ones I mentioned previously.

The worst fail is forgetting to record, the equivalent of dying at 100%

Another thing that could qualify as a worst fail is when you keep dying at one single point in a level over and over, but you also know that if you could get past that part you could complete the level easily

Worst fail is the one that makes u rage the most. This is what I felt while playing demons:
98% in nightmare: no rage
3 times 94/95% in lights and thunder: raged
96% in clubstep: only god knows why I didn't rage
98% 3 times in PT adventure: raged
4 times 82-88% in deathmoon but no deaths after that : severe rage.
So 'worst fail ' depends on the length of the level.
For XL levels id say definition 2 while for other levels it's definition 1.
I'd still go for definition 2 as I suffered a lot while playing death moon

I say that the worst fail ever are ones that create a domino effect outside that level alone
Stuff like Mefewe’s 98% on Sonic Wave
