Super of Everything definitely belongs on this list. The only parts that are actually that difficult are the cube mazes.
I also don't think The Lost Existence is very hard (the only difficult part of it is the length), but that might just be me.

Don't know enough about SoE, but Luqualizer said that The Lost Existence might've been extended list worthy when he verified it, and while it doesn't belong on the extended list anymore, that does show that it is in fact quite challenging.

Just played through SoE in practice mode. I’ll give you as in-depth analysis of it as I have: It starts out with arguably its hardest part. Then, it’s pretty easy except for a ball part with some oddly placed jump rings until about 60%, where there’s a cube part with quite a few fakes. Other Han that, the only hard parts are the tight-space ball segment around 83% and a portal right at the end that is either bugged and requires quite a bit of luck to pass or needs insanely precise timing to work consistently.

Definitely insane demon worthy. Not sure about Super of Everything, but I feel like it may be pretty buggy considering the amount of dislikes it had.

There’s only one real bug I ran into other than some awkward timings, but A) It’s right at the very end, and B) It’s complete luck whether you pass it or not. Not sure if this merits disqualification on its own, since you have to get really lucky to pass that last part, but the rest of it is not hard.

Back on Mountain should definitely be here. I think it's medium demon difficulty, and somewhere in the top 3 easiest insane demons. Only hard parts are the first 8% (not that hard), 45% (easy if you find your rhythm), and 76% (really stupid spam, but oddly forgiving). The ships are easy demon difficulty on 60hz and the rest is simple memo. So easy to memorize that the lack of a copy isn't much of a factor. Not a whole lot of skill required. Only took me 448 attempts.
To put into perspective, this is one of only 3 insane demons that took me less than 500 attempts. Castle of Redemption took me 482 and Bloody Room took 380.

I might consider adding Back On Mountain but I'll play it first a bit when I will have some free time.
There also were a few newly rated demons that are insane demons in-game. I've heard that some of them are overrated but not sure about that. Haven't played them yet.

Update: sorry for no updates on this, I had a break from GD for a few days and I wasn't feeling like beating much levels.
I added Back On Mountain. I think it's around medium/hard difficulty but the gameplay is awful and filled with bugs, so I don't recommend it at all. Not to mention I died a bunch of times to the ending in Practice Mode because the amazing orb hitboxes didn't let me hit the blue one.
I also am planning on adding some indicators (probably colors or a small symbol) that will describe the type of level (if it's skill, memory or just plain buggy).
EDIT: Also removed the "insane demons for 144hz list". I think it's rather pointless and some of the picks weren't very good.

UPDATE: I haven't updated this list in a while because I both had a month break from the game, and I wasn't in the greatest mood for all that stuff.
I removed The Caverns because it's a hard demon now, I got rid of Hyper Drivers because I think it probably isn't that easy. On the other hand, I added CraZy II and Aleph 0. If someone has played recently rated insane demons and know some easy ones, feel free to post them here and I will update the list. I have been a bit out of touch with recent rated levels due to lack of motivation to grind levels, so some help would be appreciated.
EDIT: Btw, would anyone be interested if I extended this list to "easy extreme demons" as well? I know there isn't much of them, but there clearly are some extreme demons that are either borderline extreme or just harder insane demons. Any thoughts about that?

Despair got rerated to hard demon a while back.
Insidious Step - got insane demon but it's about as hard as back on mountain. Took me around 550 attempts with bad luck, disregarding old attempts. Medium - medium/hard
Spaghetti Slide - Has some hard timings but overall not remotely close to insane demon caliber. Probably medium/hard
Limen - doesn't have any actually hard parts but it's XXL. For sure belongs on your list but idk where because I don't really want to beat it.
Scorched - fast gameplay you need to get used to. Took me under 1K attempts but others found it easier than I did. Likely hard on your rating
Quantum Variations - simply not insane demon caliber. Not an easy level but it for sure deserves to be rerated to hard demon.
Gloomy City - very beginning is a massive attempt killer but otherwise it's not hard and anyone can do it. Medium/hard - hard
Others I heard were easy but I haven't personally tried: Satellite II, Panic Attack, Fractured Galaxy, The Theory

The two Legacy Demons I've beaten (they were both in Extended when I beat them). huge thanks to bored top-rank players for clogging it up with extreme demons
It's been a while since I checked their ratings so forgive me if these shouldn't be here. Night Terrors is a bit of a joke, since I find that its difficulty didn't age well. Doesn't help it's technically a 1.9 level but got picked up by Loogiah (I think).Cosmic Calamity did have some difficulty when I was learning it, but it became pretty easy for me after that. Also I literally fluked from 68% on the same session that I got that personal best (it's why I was freaking out when I beat it).If you want to see my completions, click the names (I embed videos in text instead of adding the video itself).
thanks for the free list points guys ;^)

thanks for the free list points guys ;^) I do think these levels have outlived their days as list demons, however I very much doubt they’re worthy of hard demon or even lower, which is what this list is for. CoCa even made it back to extended list for a brief spell when the list was extended to 150 places.

thanks for the free list points guys ;^) I agree that Night Terrors is quite of an overrated level, however I think it isn't very friendly for people who are getting into insane demons, and that's the main purpose of this list. NT is fairly easy on 144hz but on 60hz it's still kinda challenging in some parts. Cosmic Calamity is also pretty difficult, and it deserves its insane demon rating. I will check the levels HexagonGD has mentioned, I already added a few and removed Despair from the list (forgot it got demoted to hard). I'm still asking everyone if you'd like to see an extension to "easy extreme demons" as well. Tell me what do you think about it. EDIT: I added almost all the levels Hexagon recommended. I'm not sure about Quantum Variations because I heard very mixed opinions about the difficulty. Some people call it a hard demon, while there are quite a few who think it's an insane demon (especially on 60hz). I'll probably wait for more opinions about it. EDIT2: Small update. I made the medium/hard demon difficulty a separate color (light green) to make it more distinguishable.

Nine CircleX should be on this list (Hard Demon imo) Innards (wooshi said its a hard demon) Nine CircleX sure but the only reason Wooshi said Innards is hard demon is because he had a ton of practice on the superbuffed version so the official one was nothing to him, which he acknowledges. Innards is actually on the list right now in the top 100 so yeah it’s extreme.
