Xenoblade Chronicles has my favourite OST out of any game, and I have even PLAYED the game, my friend just sent me a couple songs from it and then I listened to more and more of the ost. It's got songs with both electric guitar and violin in them, fast paced and epic, so many of the songs are just amazing to me.
Here's a few of the ones I like from the ost;
Terraria Calamity Mod comes in a close second.

Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow, Donkey Kong Country, or The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. Kinda unoriginal (except maybe aria of sorrow) but they're famous for a reason

Calamity Mod themes are great, but there are also some other games with themes that create a good atmosphere, like in Undertale for example.
I also like many soundtracks from old classics, like old Mario games, Mega Man 1-2 or 9-10, Castlevania, Zelda, the Donkey Kong Country series, and many other old games that have very nostalgic themes.
About more current games, well I'm not a big fan of Xenoblade because it's not my type of game but the soundtrack is really well made. The Dark Souls series themes also fit very well with the game's atmosphere.
