Ramble out loud about the part you just died at and why it is so bad. Yes even if your death was stupid, you will feel relieved to think it wasn't you fault.

Play levels you actually enjoy playing. Also think about nothing when finishing levels, because your brain will sometimes go "omg i iwll finally finish the level my biggest dream!!!" and go nervous as fuck or "im gonna die at 90% surely" and perform bad because your brain predicted so

Only play levels that you find fun and listen to chill music/hip hop. Take lots of breaks too.

Okay but for real, if you find yourself extremely frustrated I have no tips because I myself get super fucking loud and angry if I get annoyed by a level. I'd say letting it out is a good idea and all but you can't be way too loud about it because once I got so mad at Omega by Darwin that my siblings started poking fun at me for screeching in my room and that was not a good time lmfao.
And again don't play energy drive

Simple. Create instead of Beat. Learn how to make good levels. Most effective way. Can't rage at a level if you don't play a level at all. Unless you are trying to verfy your level, but you can just nerf any parts you're struggling with.
