I still like absolutely random things so here's another one that I was curious about! What was the evolution of you hardest demon over time? My first and hardest demon was The Lightning Road, which I beat around a year after I got the game originally. After that a few weeks later I beat Clubstep after 7000 attempts. I made a quick effort to beat Theory of Everything 2 in 6000 after that as my next hardest. It took a few weeks. Then, roadblock. Deadlocked took me absolutely forever, a staggering 12000 attempts over many months. I didn't beat anything harder for a while. Many months later I decided to complete Ditched Machine in 5400 attempts, my new hardest, and I decided to et to work right away on Nine Circles. But Nine Circles took forever, and demotivated me to the point where I quit, so an entire 8 months later I beat it after I returned to the game. It stayed my hardest for 4 days, as I beat Jawbreaker in 5000 after. Then that stayed my hardest for 24 days until I beat Forsaken Neon. Despite FN being hell, I topped it in 7 days beating ToE II v2 and then 8 days later, Ultra Drivers. After that, I slowed down but later that month I beat Forest Temple, which took me forever and was a pain. December 16 was when I beat Supersonic and once again topped my hardest. Then I slowed down again. I didn't get a new hardest until 2 months later when I beat 8o on Feb. 17 And then the shortest gap between any hardest I had; I beat Crimson Clutter 3 days later as by far my hardest. And here I am today So what was your hardest evolution?

bought the game > nightmare 3 weeks later > insomnia 2 hours later > clubstep 1 month later > toe2 the next day > deadlocked 2 days later > pg clubstep 2 months later > nine circles 1 fucking year later (took a break from GD for 8 months does that count) > upcoming: psychosis > supersonic > necropolis > hyperio technia > the this if i have patience

My proudest streak is Rearmed/The Shredder/Sequence/Supersonic which I completed in around a month. I wanted to make it longer but I got sidetracked This past December was also a really good month for me, I beat Crimson Clutter and a bunch of hard demons.

My first hardest demon was Deadlocked, then after some easy demons I beat Success by Dudex which took me many attempts cuz I completed it on mobile, and now my current hardest demon is Insert Coin by Etzer or Reanimation by Terron (I can't decide which is harder)

Hm this'll be fun.
Crazy by - We all have to start somewhere. And this was my start. I considered The Nightmare to be quite difficult, so I did some searching and found this level, which I consider barely easier than The Nightmare. I have no idea why it's rated Medium Demon, for it is about the difficulty of Thought Process.
The Nightmare by Jax Everyone completes this level eventually in their Geometry Dash journey, but not always first. This was my second demon. It was definitely harder than Crazy, for it was relatively hard to learn, and I was not very good at memorization.
The RobTop Trilogy All three of the RobTop demons are next, and go in order. I remember completing Deadlocked as my 10th demon, and Invisible Clubstep as my 9th. These levels are good challenges for players who want to get out of the Easy Demon phase.
Syobon Action by Heh. This level. Nowadays, I like to call it "Memorization Hell". This level's gameplay was borderline awful, being 95% 3x speed memory parts with the rest being auto. And this level had lots of cat-like creatures in it. Albeit most 2.0 demons were like this, this level just takes the cake, and still manages to be a deserved Easy Demon.
Clutterfunk v2 by iINePtunEIi First demon I beat that I would consider to be in the Medium Demon range. While this level isn't quite as memorable or notable as the other levels in the evolution so far, I will say it is definitely challenging enough to make me want to do Syobon Action over this.
Way of the Darkness by Eh...this is another shitty memory demon, but it's not quite as hatable as Syobon Action. It's certainly harder though, and probably one of the harder Map Pack demons.
Windings by Xnail This level got like five million updates, including a nerf that was actually technically a buff, as well as the goddamned Michigun's Request. The MR is the entire reason I made this my hardest demon. I would've considered it to be Way of the Darkness had it not been for THE FUCKING MICHIGUN REQUEST. The request is four consecutive triple spikes, each spacing out farther as you go. I died there like twenty times, especially on the last triple spike (which is about 3 & 1/4 triple spikes long).
The Caverns by Pasablitz We're still technically in the Medium Demon range (because let's face it, I'm never going to beat a real Insane Demon), but I still consider this harder than Windings because of the difficult timings that are honestly worse than any triple spikes, as well as the buggy ass swing copter section. On top of that, the dark colors can make it hard to see.
COMING SOON: Temple of Destiny by Ah, such a lagfest. I don't want to have to resort to Force Smooth Fix on this level (like I did with basically all levels in the Doom Gauntlet excluding Extinction and maybe Buried Angel), because it really is a huge milestone and would really bring out the best in me. I also think this will be my first legitimate Hard Demon. That being said, I don't know how hard Insane/Extreme Demons are, since I've never actually beaten one or even tried one, but whatever. I consider this a Hard Demon for now, KneeVan got mad at me though so I might think about bumping it up to Insane Demon, idk. I'll know when I beat it. I have 40-ish% on it right now.
Acropolis by Zobros So this is what I plan to beat after ToD. I have no idea how hard it is, so this slot is just temporary.

Here we go,...
First i tried beating The Nightmare and i did, then i beat about one week later Blue Hell, then Insomnia about three days later and when i unofficially mobed to pc i was anle to beat Retro Circles and THEN Clubstep. After that, i beat ToE II shortly after and then Solar Circles and eventually after a while i beat Deadlocked. Went to vacation which meant two weeks without internet to actually play GD, but then sth else happened RIGHT AFTER the vacations which meant i would have to play with the up key a.k.a my demon "slaying" would be halted. But i still managed to beat Fear Me and very shortly after Sidestep. Then i beat Blitz because i was told this level was fun (spoiler: it wasn't) and then i beat Toxin Lab IV. After that i beat some very insignificant demons but one day i beat Ditched Machine. After that i beat more unimpressive demons before beating these demons back to back:
Golden Hope > I Said Baaah > Nine Circles > Dance Massacre and finally Ultra Drivers where I'm at right now.
This was very long for the qrong reasons, but ehhh...

I have really no idea honestly, my time during GD is a maze. I forgot what my hardest was any time before Decode. After decode I got overconfident and tried Allegiance, to no avail. Only a few good runs, like 61-100 and 40%. Then it becomes a blur until Nine Circles, when after it again becomes a blur I don't remember until about December I think. I attempted Forsaken Neon only to die at 98% many, many times, until I got frustrated and hacked it. I counted my 98% as a completion for a while until I changed my hardest back to Nine Circles. After, I had a stroke of godliness/luck for about a day and beat Poltergeist on mobile in only an hour. I only practiced it over a year earlier. Now, I'm working on Windy Landscape (because I copy mlg7803 now) and after that most likely Stalemate. I hope to beat Allegiance by the end of the summer, and I think it's plausible now that I use the FPS Bypass.

It went like this:
Deadlocked - Nine Circles - Disrepair by Ardant (unrated demon) - Windy Landscape
overall, I haven't done much

clubstep (april 2015) -> problematic (july 2015 i think) -> nine circles (august 2015) -> fairydust (january 2016) -> supersonic (may 2016) -> necropolis (june 2016) -> crimson clutter (march 2017) -> old cataclysm (june 2017)
things to point out: 1. you can argue that clubstep is easier than problematic, but this is just my personal opinion 2. if unrated demons don't count, replace old cc with icdx (july 2017) -> tup (september 2017)

i can't remember my first 20ish demons very well but i think it went like this
- i remember my first demon was the lightning road, it took me like 200 attempts on a car ride - then my next hardest was toe ii, but i switched to pc by then, 4.9k attempts - deadlocked 4k attempts - clubstep v2 was my next step up, and i had just gotten a computer which could record and stream, so i uploaded it to youtube lol, 1.5k attempts - ditched machine, didn't take very long considering i fluked it from 55%, 700~ attempts - theory of firepower, took like 800 attempts and i fluked it from 66% the same day i beat dm - jawbreaker. this was my crowning achievement, it was so hard for me but i managed to beat it somehow, 1.8k attempts - nine circles, wasn't as bad as jawbreaker but it's objectively harder tbh, around 2k attempts - heartbeat. this is the one by brocolle, which is unrated, but it was very fun and harder than nc, 2.6k attempts - breakthrough, this was really fun and the hardest thing i've done on 60hz, 2k attempts - psychosis, crazy level but i fluked it from 72 so it was goond, 1.8k attempts - windy landscape, my first actual insane demon, and i beat it the same day as psychosis, 3.3k attempts - necropolis, this was crazy and still my most impressive achievement imo, i beat it with just a little over a day of practice, 2.3k attempts - (future demoness 5.3k attempts) - crimson clutter. i beat it unexpectedly one day, my worst fail was 62, took 6.6k attempts - retention, another really impressive achievement because it took only 2 days, did take a ton of attempts though, 7k total - incipient. i personally think it's a bit overrated but still a good achievement, 6.2k attempts
i've kinda forgotten about some of my earlier demons but i think this covers them all

KneeVan got mad at me though so I might think about bumping it up to Insane Demon, Just to clarify, I am never really mad. Just doing it sort of as a running joke. OT: This is a neat thread idea. Here I go! Clubstep:This was the first demon I beat. I remember this being a big achievement for me and only took me around 1K attempts. ToE II:After Clubstep I went straight to ToE II. This didn't take me too long. Deadlocked:This was my original goal since before I beat clutterfunk. I viewed it as an ultimate goal, and as a super high point in skill. Boy was I wrong. Also I had never played a single community level before, and now that i had beaten Deadlocked, it was onto my journey of community demons. Theory of Skrillex*:I spend so long looking for a good level to play. I could not find anything I liked for some reason. Finally I found ToS which I absolutely loved and had so much fun beating. I put an asterisk because at the time I considered it harder than Deadlocked but now I consider Deadlocked harder. Malware:This was my first level that took me a while to beat. I took 8K attempts and I feel this helped me improve greatly. I really like this level. Temple of Destiny:DubstepJoltik recommended this level to me when I made a thread here on the forums. This level emotionally destroyed me as I took over a month and 16.7K attempts on it. I am so glad to have this achievement, as it basically defines my character here on the forums. Also, I got hackusations when I posted my 71% on this level on the forums because of how big a jump Malware was from ToD, and only had 10 demons at the time. Coming soon: Hypersonic:
Hope I can beat this soon! That is my demon road.
