I’d far prefer being cremated. Spending a ridiculous amount of money on a coffin seems so pointless to me, the last thing I’d want is for my death to be a hassle.
I hate the idea of my body eventually decomposing inside said coffin as well.

Neither. I'd donate my organs (the ones that are still functioning, anyway) to a hospital for people in need of an organ transplant, my bones to a museum or school so students can see a real-life skeleton and their anatomy, and the rest of my body as complimentary food.
