LinusTechTips has recently posted a review of a 4k 120hz monitor. The even more interesting part is that it supports 1080p 240hz and 540p 480hz. I know that GD almost doesn't work at these framerates, but I still felt like sharing this would be relevant to the community here.

1080p240hz would probably be the best thing for playing games. I'm not sure what games would optimal at more than 240fps and would be still playable at 540p. Ive heard that high fps breaks the game, but why? Incompetence on rob's part. |

I don't think anyone ever will buy one of these for GD specifically. It changes some game physics for example frames are recorded differently I know that, but GD has been proven to run very weirdly on monitors > 144hz. |
