Gameplay
General: Gameplay-wise, this level isn't anything special. Nothing really good that stands out and nothing bad that stands out either. There are some annoying bugs, however. For example, sometimes, I crash in the Wave section for no reason. I crash into air, basically. So overall, the layout isn't very special. One more minor thing I can nitpick is I think the gameplay in the final Mini Cube part is too simple. The platforms are too close to each other, and they're all basically in the same line on the y-axis.
Transitions: I don't really like the transitions. They're really fast, especially at the first 25-ish% of the level. Make it so the player has more time to react, and this would be better.
Synchronization: The sync isn't incredibly spot-on, but it still works in some places, like the first Cube section. It's good enough, is what I'm saying.
Difficulty of Level: I was torn between 6 and 8 stars. (I don't quite 7 stars will work for this level) There's some really easy parts, but at the same time, there are some really hard parts. In the end, I decided the winning rating was 8 stars.
Decoration
Air Decoration: This level doesn't have very much air deco. There's very little of it, since the backgrounds are really what shine in this level. It could really use some, because the lack of it really stands out.
Block Design: I love the block designs. They're extremely original and they change throughout the entire level. They match with the background and work cohesively. The colors are pretty nice as well.
Backgrounds and Art: I. Love. Everything about this part. This level's backgrounds are just gorgeous. I really love the forest design at the Ball part, the city design at the first Cube part, and especially the sky design at the final Mini Cube part (my favorite part is the balloons). I think the Ship and Wave parts could have more flair to them, but other than that, the art in this level is perfect. Nothing looks choppy, nothing looks copy-pasted, everything looks amazing and original.
Final Thoughts
God help any poor soul that thinks this is a bad level. I think this level is great. The blocks go well with the backgrounds, the colors work very well, and the gameplay isn't obnoxious or cancerous (except a few transitions). I'm just in shock that most simple levels are still getting featured when levels like this aren't.
Final Score: 7/10 - If the gameplay was better and there was more air decoration, then I would call this level worthy of the Hall of Fame. This is the first time I've reviewed a "Feature-Worthy" level.
What can be improved?
Make the transitions slower/easier to react to
Add more flair to the Ship and Wave sections
Give the gameplay more excitement
Optional things you could do:
Raise and lower some platforms in the final Mini Cube section
Nerf the gameplay
