Just to clarify, one robot was disqualified. The reason it was is because it was based on a sprite used in Plants vs Zombies, which is protected by copyright laws, so it couldn't be used in Geometry Dash It would've come second place had it not been disqualified Can I have a picture of said robot? I really want to see how it looked like and how much it resembled the "sprite" from PvZ. |

don't really like how most of them are super detailed, icons should just have one simple geometric concept or cartoon

I love chase's ??? is wayy too cool.

Apparently Etzer said at the end of the stream (when he was talking) that the icons will go into a community shop, and it will cost up to 590k orbs to get all the icons.  |

This was disappointing. The floppy disk didn't win, so that sucks. I didn't like any of the other icons. Thank goodness Alex PG's ship won, that was the only good one. The balls, UFOs, and waves didn't have any good winners. Thankfully Edialex's spider won, I really like that one. ScorchVx's spider was also another good winner. I didn't like any of the ??? winners though. Overall the winners were mostly bad. I wasn't expecting many good ones though. I wish Math's floppy disk won though. I wish it won instead of Rob Buck's icon, because that one isn't good in my opinion. I'm not excited for most of these to make it into the game, but whatever, I can't change the fact that they are. This is just my opinion though. I really loved Maths Floppy Icon too. I was very upset it lost. It was hands down my absolute favourite icon in the entire contest. I was hoping so hard at the end of the video that the VIP Picks would be smart and pick it to redeem it but sadly they let me down. If I ever get to speak with RobTop I will beg for him to add a floppy icon or at least give it a second chance. It was the best icon in the entire contest. Most of the other winners were ok, some I totally disagree with. Some I enjoyed and am excited to see in the game. Its just really depressing that the floppy didnt win  best icon idea. I wish we could have voted more times on specific icons if there were no others that you liked. Say vote twice for one icon and once for another. That would have made it so much better. All my money to Floppy, may it RIP for now. As a small addition. The second best icon, IceFires Bipolar icon, made it in. That I will use right away! Its better than almost anything we have right now. My third favourite is Ragnoks ship. That thing is awesome and unique. Also a note for @infernaldoritos . The ball mode has two of the same picture. |
