This thread is for people to ask simple questions that aren't really important enough to warrant their own thread. This should be helpful to members newer to the game/forum or people who are just confused about something. Information/Rules: –The question must be about Geometry Dash, the forum, Newgrounds music, or the community in some way. –Anyone, staff or just regular member, can answer somebody's question, but don't answer if you aren't sure. –NO joke questions or responses. These will clutter up the thread, this is meant to be useful. Ask away! Does anybody know how to fix geometry from crashing, I go to open it and it opens but it crashes after around 10 seconds (No need to quote Lumpy here, he won't see it lol) Depends on what version you're on, in which case I suggest going to the GD Community board and making a thread on your issue and being as specific as possible. However, if you're on the latest version(s) of iOS specifically, there are crashing errors with that which won't be fixed until 2.2, unfortunately. |

When collaborating with people do you have to pay them or is it just free? In all cases I've heard of, people collab for free; I've never heard of any instance where people pay to collab (which is probably since people won't put that so much value on a collab that they want money for it, and also since the historic player base of GD was on the younger side, being mostly kids who didn't have much money to begin with). If someone's trying to rope you into collaborating with them for money, I'd suggest thinking twice before you accept - you never know if somebody's trying to scam you. |

Account:GarbageGamer When you make a new account, you have to verify the email you are using, so I'd suggest checking the email you used to create the account and see if there's any mail from RobTop in there - the messages are automated, though, so make sure to check your spam too. |

How do I copy objects from other people's level into your own with more than 100+ objects (for a megacollab) ?

How do I copy objects from other people's level into your own with more than 100+ objects (for a megacollab) ? If you're in the editor, select object of what you want and then if you see a letter "C" on the bar, go in and click the green plus, and then now you have it!! How do I add my own song to the game? You'll have to get scouted and put on the whitelist for songs allowed in-game; you can apply for that by contacting a GD moderator (preferably an elder mod because they can whitelist you themselves); I'd suggest doing this through Twitter or Discord. You will be removed from the whitelist if you break Newgrounds' TOS, or if you change your Newgrounds username (although you can reapply if that happens), so make sure you are careful when deciding what to upload.
