TrueChaos is known for making very popular levels like For Science, Ghostbusters and Rainbow Adventure. He is also behind the New Block City series.
GPM1000: Well, first of all, what do you think about 2.1? What are you happy about, and what do you think should be improved on?
TrueChaos: I think 2.1 is a major step up from 2.0 in terms of potential, but it's still very incomplete and buggy IMO
I am very happy with the new levels put out, but the level editor is just too complicated for a new creator to get into. I think we can improve upon what levels get featured and how fast the servers can run.
GPM1000: Agreed. It just got too complicated. So, what do you want to see added in the near future?
TrueChaos: I want to see some sort of official/formal beginners guide to level editor.
It's too overwhelming to handle if you don't know the ins and outs of it.
GPM1000: Yeah. While we're on the topic of creating, what is your favorite level you have made so far?
TrueChaos: My favorite level that I like to replay over and over again is probably Spider Dance or New Block City 5. They are without a doubt some of my best work.
GPM1000: Cool. I saw your update level, and you were talking about wanting to get better at creating. Can you go into more detail about that?
TrueChaos: Well, I look at these new levels right now and feel, I need to make levels as good as these, but I'm not good at effects and art. I'm using 2.1 as a sort of blank slate where I can reinvent myself into a more respectable creator.
GPM1000: I have actually been a fan of your work for a long time now. So, tell me about New Block City 6. You said you want it to be the first epic auto.
TrueChaos: New Block City 6 is kind of my ticket back to the top. My popularity has gone down a bit since early 2.0, where I made massively popular levels like Rainbow Adventure, Ghostbusters and For Science. New Block City is a series about super fast autos. What if I can make one of the fastest autos in GD? New Block City 6 is the answer. I'm also wondering if RobTop would ever add an auto to the epic page.
GPM1000: I hope you can do it. Can you tell me someone you can sort of look up to, that inspires you? It can be a creator or a player.
TrueChaos: I always looked up to FunnyGame. In my opinion, he is the pinnacle of the creators. I also am good friends with creators around my level like Ghostface.
GPM1000: He is one of my favorite creators too. Have you ever thought about trying to do an effect or art level?
TrueChaos: I'm studying trends of popular art and effect creators like Serponge and Jayuff. I'm trying to see if I can make a level on par with theirs. That's a pretty high bar to reach though.

GPM1000: K, thanks for the interview
I thought this was a great interview. TrueChaos had a lot of interesting things to say, and I’m really glad I was able to interview him. I am really excited to see New Block City VI, and I hope it gets epic
