OBJECT LIMIT SERIOUSLY GOT RAISED -.- okay now im seriously considering to never check the featured tab anymore because levels like allure (30k obj) basically crash my device and make me lose data ;-; Maybe RobTop should add a filter for 20k+ objects, that would be nice. Get a better devise, you don't need a really high end model to get no lag in GD these days A better device can only go so far, I've tried GD on those new iPad Airs and levels like Colourful Overnight still lag. Besides, why would you want to spend over 400x the money for a device only to play a game that costs next to nothing? > if you can't make it look better than Retention with less than 30k objects that's not worth having a higher obj limit

The least you could spend on a device that runs GD well would be around 200-300$, and most likely be a higher model than your old device (if it can't run GD well)

My iPad can run Minecraft PE (and all other games) with no lag, Geometry Dash is the only one that does. It's even more pronounced on my friend's iPhone, he can run Minecraft PE just as well but even Deadlocked has some lag and input delay ;-; wasn't it because GD wasn't optimized or something

Not everyone can dish out 800 dollars to buy the newest galaxy or iPhone. If I hadn't gotten a galaxy s6 I wouldn't be able to play GD at all. I had an iPod touch 5th generation and I ran GD fine until 2.0 came out. Think of all of the people who won't be able to play the game because of this. It is not worth it. $200 - $300 will get you nothing nowadays. That's how much an iPod that lags on gabberfly costs.

You have an odd idea on how pricing works. iPods are dirt cheap these days

No one should be forced to upgrade and spend 100s of dollars just to play a $2 game that they could've played before. The iPod that I had costed around $200. I cannot even use it to play GD anymore. Hell, even my galaxy s6, one of the most powerful phones on the market still lags on levels like retro circles. Making it so that less and less people can play the game just so that you can get a better experience is selfish. Not to mention that not everyone has the money to waste $300 on a new phone or device. Not everyone is as well off as you are.

Nothing we can do about it and the best thing to do is to adapt to it. If your device can't support it, that's ultimately not the developer's problem or anyone else's problem

I meant $200 is somewhat cheap for an iPod but most people aren't going to or can't fork over that much to support the optimization of a mobile game.
