San Andreas although IV and V are great too.

And while its not a GTA game Sleeping Dogs is also great. The setting flows better than GTA V's and has a good story as well.

GTA V is the best shooter i have played. It has amazing graphics and I really like the not too complicated controls (I have a feeling San Andreas is a bit too complicated), while it also has funny vehicles and eventually cheats or glitches. If I could I would play it for a whole day
