By "including unrated", do you mean have at least been rated once? I don't know if some of these levels have even been rated..
And if not, what divides a "hard demon" and an "impossible" one?

Bloodbath is above Athanatos?? Yes, a lot of people include GHS think that athanatos is easier. Sakupen Hell should not be below Bloodbath though -_- |
